1. Introduction
Welcome to Unlimited Washing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our unlimited car wash subscription service ("Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the unlimited exterior car wash subscription service provided by Unlimited Washing Ltd.
"Subscription" refers to your agreement to pay for and receive the Service.
"Customer" or "You" refers to the individual who registers for and uses the Service.
"Vehicle" refers to the car registered under your Subscription.
"Subscription Period" refers to the 12-month commitment period.
"Monthly Plan" refers to subscriptions paid on a monthly basis.
"Annual Plan" refers to subscriptions paid in full for 12 months upfront, receiving one month free (12 months for the price of 11).
"Additional Vehicle Discount" refers to receiving one free month for each additional vehicle you add to your account.
"Website" refers to https://www.unlimitedwashing.co.uk and https://app.unlimitedwashing.co.uk and any associated domains.
"Wash Pass" refers to your unique digital QR code provided to you upon subscription activation, which you use to access car washes at our wash site. Your Wash Pass is accessible through your customer account portal.
3. Subscription plans and pricing
3.1 Vehicle types and pricing
Our Service offers subscriptions for the following vehicle categories:
- Standard Car: £32 per month
- Crossover: £36 per month
- 4x4/Large Vehicle: £40 per month
- Commercial Vehicle: £70 per month
- Taxi: £100 per month
Pricing is based on your vehicle type and the number of vehicles on your account.
3.2 Minimum commitment period
All subscriptions require a minimum 12-month commitment period. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to maintain your subscription for at least 12 consecutive months from the date of activation.
3.3 Monthly payment plan
Legal payment obligation
- Monthly subscriptions require payment every month for the full 12-month commitment period.
- You are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to make all 12 monthly payments, regardless of usage.
- Cancellation or cessation of payments before the end of the 12-month period constitutes a BREACH OF CONTRACT.
- In the event of non-payment or early cancellation, you remain LIABLE for all outstanding payments for the remainder of the 12-month commitment period.
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any unpaid amounts through LEGAL MEANS, including but not limited to debt collection agencies and legal proceedings.
- Monthly payments are automatically charged on the same date each month using your registered payment method.
3.4 Annual payment plan
12 months for the price of 11 - one month free
- Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront for 12 months but you only pay for 11 months - effectively receiving ONE MONTH FREE.
- Payment of the annual fee grants you IMMEDIATE ACCESS to unlimited washes for 12 consecutive months.
- Annual payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Your subscription automatically expires at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed.
- The one month free discount is built into the annual price and cannot be claimed separately or transferred.
Annual pricing examples:
- Standard Car: £32 x 11 months = £352 per year
- Crossover: £36 x 11 months = £396 per year
- 4x4/Large Vehicle: £40 x 11 months = £440 per year
- Commercial Vehicle: £70 x 11 months = £770 per year
IMPORTANT: Taxi exemption from annual plans
- Taxi subscriptions are NOT ELIGIBLE for annual payment plans.
- Taxis may only subscribe on a MONTHLY PAYMENT BASIS at £100 per month.
- The annual plan option is not available for taxi vehicle types.
3.5 One subscription per vehicle
Vehicle registration rules
- Each subscription covers ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY.
- The subscription is tied to a specific vehicle registration number.
- Multiple vehicles require SEPARATE individual subscriptions.
- Sharing your Wash Pass (subscription QR code) with other vehicle owners is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in immediate termination of your subscription WITHOUT REFUND.
4. Additional vehicle discount
4.1 How the additional vehicle discount works
When you add additional vehicles to your account, each additional vehicle receives ONE FREE MONTH as part of their 12-month subscription commitment.
Important: Only additional vehicles receive the free month discount. Your first vehicle pays the standard monthly or annual rate.
4.2 Monthly plan with additional vehicles
For each additional vehicle on a monthly plan, the discount is calculated by taking 11 months of payments and dividing by 12 to give you a reduced monthly rate:
Pricing examples for additional vehicles (monthly plan):
- Standard Car (additional): £32 x 11 = £352 ÷ 12 = £29.33 per month
- Crossover (additional): £36 x 11 = £396 ÷ 12 = £33.00 per month
- 4x4/Large (additional): £40 x 11 = £440 ÷ 12 = £36.67 per month
Example scenario: If you have 2 Standard Cars on monthly plans:
- First car: £32.00 per month (standard rate)
- Second car: £29.33 per month (with one month free discount)
- Total monthly cost: £61.33
4.3 Annual plan with additional vehicles
For each additional vehicle on an annual plan, the pricing is the same as your first vehicle (11 months' payment for 12 months' access):
- Standard Car: £352 per year (£32 x 11)
- Crossover: £396 per year (£36 x 11)
- 4x4/Large: £440 per year (£40 x 11)
All vehicles on annual plans receive one month free, so there is no additional discount beyond the annual rate.
4.4 No limit on additional vehicles
There is NO LIMIT to the number of vehicles you can add to your account. Each additional vehicle beyond the first receives the one free month discount.
4.5 Discount application
- The additional vehicle discount is automatically applied when you add a second or subsequent vehicle to your account.
- The discount applies immediately from the activation date of each additional vehicle.
- You cannot apply the discount retrospectively to your first vehicle.
- All vehicles must be registered under the same customer account to qualify.
4.6 Commercial and Taxi exemptions from additional vehicle discount
IMPORTANT: Commercial and Taxi vehicles are NOT eligible for the additional vehicle discount.
Commercial vehicles:
- Commercial vehicles are EXEMPT from the additional vehicle discount.
- All commercial vehicles pay the FULL STANDARD RATE of £70 per month (or £770 per year for annual plans).
- Commercial vehicles CAN choose annual payment plans and receive the one month free benefit (11 months for the price of 12).
- The additional vehicle discount does NOT apply to commercial vehicles, regardless of how many vehicles are on your account.
Taxi vehicles:
- Taxi subscriptions are EXEMPT from the additional vehicle discount.
- All taxi vehicles pay the FULL STANDARD RATE of £100 per month.
- Taxis are NOT ELIGIBLE for annual payment plans - monthly payment only.
- The additional vehicle discount does NOT apply to taxis, regardless of how many vehicles are on your account.
Example scenario: If you have 1 Standard Car and 1 Commercial vehicle:
- Standard Car (first vehicle): £32.00 per month
- Commercial vehicle (additional): £70.00 per month (no discount applied)
- Total monthly cost: £102.00
4.7 Impact of cancelling additional vehicles
If you cancel one or more additional vehicles after their 12-month commitment period:
- The cancelled subscription ends and payments stop for that vehicle.
- Your remaining active subscriptions continue at their current rates.
- If you later add new vehicles, they will qualify for the additional vehicle discount.
- There is no penalty for cancelling vehicles after the commitment period ends.
5. Vehicle type changes, upgrades and downgrades
5.1 Changing vehicle type
If you change your vehicle to a different type (e.g., from Standard Car to Crossover, or from Crossover to 4x4/Large), your subscription pricing will be adjusted to reflect the new vehicle category.
5.2 Upgrading vehicle type
Monthly subscriptions:
- When you upgrade to a larger vehicle type, the price difference will be charged pro-rated from the date of the change to your next billing date.
- Your new monthly rate will apply from your next billing cycle.
- You will receive an immediate invoice for the pro-rated difference for the current billing period.
- Example: If you upgrade from Standard Car (£32/month) to Crossover (£36/month) on day 15 of a 30-day billing period, you will be charged £2.00 (half of the £4 difference) immediately, and then £36/month going forward.
- For additional vehicles with discount: If you upgrade an additional Standard Car (£29.33/month) to Crossover, the new rate will be £33.00/month (Crossover additional vehicle rate).
Annual subscriptions:
- When you upgrade to a larger vehicle type, you will be charged the pro-rated price difference for the remaining months of your subscription.
- The pro-rated charge is calculated based on the number of complete months remaining in your subscription period.
- Example: If you have 6 months remaining on a Standard Car annual subscription (£352/year) and upgrade to Crossover (£396/year), you will be charged the pro-rated difference of £22 (£44 difference ÷ 12 months x 6 months).
- The upgrade takes effect immediately upon payment.
5.3 Downgrading vehicle type
Monthly subscriptions:
- When you downgrade to a smaller vehicle type, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the current billing period.
- This credit will be applied to your next invoice.
- Your new lower monthly rate will apply from your next billing cycle.
- Example: If you downgrade from Crossover (£36/month) to Standard Car (£32/month) on day 15 of a 30-day billing period, you will receive a £2.00 credit (half of the £4 difference) applied to your next invoice.
Annual subscriptions:
- When you downgrade to a smaller vehicle type, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the remaining months of your subscription.
- The credit is calculated based on the number of complete months remaining in your subscription period.
- The credit will be applied to your account and can be used toward your next renewal or refunded to your original payment method at your request.
- Example: If you have 6 months remaining on a Crossover annual subscription (£396/year) and downgrade to Standard Car (£352/year), you will receive a credit of £22.
- The downgrade takes effect immediately.
5.4 Vehicle type change limitations
- Vehicle type changes are subject to the 90-day vehicle change restriction (see Section 6).
- You must provide updated vehicle details (registration, make, model) when changing vehicle type.
- The system will automatically calculate pro-rated charges or credits and process them accordingly.
- All vehicle type changes must be made through the customer portal at https://app.unlimitedwashing.co.uk.
6. Scope of service
6.1 Exterior washing only
Important - service limitations
- Our Service provides EXTERIOR CAR WASHING ONLY.
- The Service DOES NOT include:
- Interior cleaning
- Interior vacuuming
- Interior detailing
- Valet services
- Upholstery cleaning
- Dashboard cleaning
- Engine cleaning
- Waxing or polishing services (unless specifically included in your plan)
- Specialist detailing services
- If you require interior or valet services, these must be arranged and paid for separately and are not included in your subscription.
6.2 Exterior wash services included
Your subscription includes exterior washing services which typically comprise:
- Body wash
- Wheel cleaning
- Window and glass cleaning (exterior only)
- Rinsing and drying
The specific services may vary depending on your subscription plan level.
7. Vehicle details and changes
7.1 Vehicle change policy
90-day restriction
- Vehicle details (registration number, make, model, color) may be changed ONLY ONCE EVERY 90 DAYS.
- Once you update your vehicle details, you must wait a MINIMUM of 90 DAYS before making another change.
- This restriction helps prevent subscription abuse and ensures fair use of the Service.
- Requests for vehicle changes more frequently than permitted will be AUTOMATICALLY DENIED by the system.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., vehicle write-off, theft), please contact customer support with appropriate documentation.
7.2 Accurate information required
You must provide accurate and current vehicle information. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
8. Service usage
8.1 Unlimited exterior washes
Your subscription entitles you to unlimited exterior car washes for your registered vehicle during your subscription period, subject to reasonable use and service availability.
8.2 Fair use policy
While the Service is "unlimited," it is intended for normal personal use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that demonstrate abuse, including but not limited to:
- Commercial use or washing vehicles for business purposes
- Washing multiple vehicles under one subscription
- Excessive use that interferes with other customers' access to the Service
- Using the service for vehicles not registered to your subscription
- Any use that violates these Terms
8.3 Wash Pass (QR code) security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and Wash Pass (QR code). You must not share, sell, or transfer your Wash Pass to any other person. Any use of your Wash Pass is presumed to be authorized by you.
9. Service availability and weather-dependent operations
9.1 Weather-dependent service
Critical notice - weather-dependent operations
Our car wash service is HEAVILY WEATHER-DEPENDENT. This is the primary factor that may affect service availability and site opening hours.
The car wash may be closed or service may be unavailable due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to:
- Heavy rain: Prolonged or torrential rainfall that makes washing ineffective or unsafe
- Freezing conditions: Temperatures at or below 0°C (freezing point) which create ice hazards
- Snow and ice: Snow accumulation or icy conditions on-site
- High winds: Strong winds that pose safety risks to staff, customers, or equipment
- Flooding: Water accumulation on-site that makes operations impossible or unsafe
- Storms: Severe weather warnings or storm conditions
- Poor visibility: Fog, heavy mist, or other conditions affecting safe operations
- Extreme cold: Temperatures that affect water supply, equipment operation, or staff safety
- Extreme heat: Exceptionally high temperatures that affect equipment or safety
9.2 Site closure decisions
- Weather-related closure decisions are made at the SOLE DISCRETION of site management based on safety and operational considerations.
- We are NOT REQUIRED to provide advance notice of weather-related closures, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate via email, website notices, or social media when possible.
- Weather conditions can change rapidly, and sites may close WITHOUT WARNING if conditions deteriorate.
- Staff safety is our priority - if conditions are deemed unsafe, the site will close immediately.
9.3 Other reasons for site closure or service unavailability
In addition to weather, the Service may be unavailable due to:
- Major public holidays: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and other bank holidays
- Equipment breakdown: Mechanical failures or equipment requiring repair
- Maintenance: Scheduled or emergency maintenance work
- Power or utility failures: Electrical outages, water supply issues
- Health and safety incidents: Any situation requiring site evacuation or closure
- Staffing issues: Illness, emergencies, or insufficient staff availability
- Government orders: Mandatory closures, public health restrictions, or legal requirements
- Force majeure: Any events beyond our reasonable control
9.4 No liability for weather or closure-related unavailability
Important disclaimer
- We accept NO LIABILITY for service unavailability due to weather conditions or any other reasons listed in Sections 9.1 and 9.3.
- You are NOT ENTITLED to refunds, credits, subscription extensions, or compensation for days when the service is unavailable due to weather or other closure reasons.
- The "unlimited washes" benefit is subject to the service being available and the site being open.
- Weather-related closures are considered NORMAL OPERATIONAL VARIATIONS inherent to an outdoor car wash service.
- By subscribing, you ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT that weather conditions in the UK may frequently affect service availability, particularly during winter months.
9.5 Extended closures
If the site is closed for MORE THAN 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS due to any reason (excluding your failure to access the service), you may request a pro-rated credit or subscription extension for the closure period beyond 30 days. Requests must be made in writing to support@unlimitedwashing.co.uk.
10. Payment terms
10.1 Payment methods
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees.
10.2 Automatic billing
By subscribing to a Monthly Plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.
10.3 Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- Your access to the Service may be suspended until payment is received
- You remain liable for the payment despite suspension of access
- We may attempt to re-charge your payment method
- Additional fees may apply for failed payment processing
- Continued non-payment may result in termination and debt collection
10.4 Price changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. However, any price changes will only affect new subscriptions or renewals, not your current commitment period.
11. Cancellation policy
11.1 Early cancellation
Important notice
- Cancellation before the end of the 12-month commitment period does NOT relieve you of your payment obligations.
- For Monthly Plans: You remain LEGALLY OBLIGATED to pay for all remaining months in your 12-month commitment.
- For Annual Plans: NO REFUND will be provided for unused months.
- This is an in-person service provided at a physical location, therefore the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 14-day cooling-off period does NOT APPLY.
11.2 Cancellation at end of term
You may cancel your subscription at the end of your 12-month commitment period to prevent automatic renewal.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current commitment period.
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid subscription period.
11.3 Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. In such cases, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
12. Liability and vehicle damage
12.1 Limitation of liability
Important liability waiver
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Use at your own risk: You use our car wash service entirely at your own risk.
- No liability for damage: We accept NO LIABILITY for any damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to: paintwork, bodywork, glass, mirrors, antennas, roof racks, spoilers, trim, wheels, tires, alloy wheels, wheel trims, badges, emblems, number plates, or any other parts or accessories.
- Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for exacerbating any pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, or wear to your vehicle.
- Vehicle condition: It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in suitable condition for automated or manual washing.
- Removable items: You must remove or secure all loose items before washing. We are not liable for damage to or loss of any such items.
- Weather conditions: We are not liable for any water spots, streaks, or marks that may occur due to weather conditions after washing.
- Convertibles: Vehicles with convertible roofs or soft tops are washed at your own risk.
12.2 Damage reporting requirement
Mandatory reporting - this is critical
- If you believe any damage has occurred to your vehicle during the wash process, you MUST inform a staff member or washer IMMEDIATELY BEFORE LEAVING THE SITE.
- Failure to report damage before leaving the premises will result in an AUTOMATIC AND COMPLETE WAIVER of any claims.
- Claims reported after you have left the site will NOT be considered, investigated, or compensated under ANY circumstances.
12.3 Maximum liability
In the unlikely event that we accept liability for damage (at our sole discretion), our maximum liability shall not exceed the LESSER of:
- The total amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the incident, OR
- £500 (Five Hundred Pounds Sterling)
12.4 Exclusion of consequential loss
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use of vehicle, loss of profit, inconvenience, or cost of alternative transportation.
13. Data protection and privacy
13.1 UK GDPR compliance
We are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with:
- UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
- Data Protection Act 2018
- Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
13.2 Data we collect
We collect and process the following personal data:
- Personal details: name, email address, phone number
- Vehicle information: registration number, make, model, color
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider Stripe)
- Subscription details: plan type, start date, renewal date
- Usage data: wash history, QR code scans, site visits
- Account credentials: username, encrypted password
- Communications: emails, support tickets, customer service interactions
13.3 How we use your data
We use your personal data solely for:
- Providing and managing the Service
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records
- Communicating with you about your subscription, service updates, and important notices
- Providing customer support
- Improving our Service quality and customer experience
- Preventing fraud and maintaining service security
- Complying with legal obligations
13.4 We do not share your data

- We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

- Payment processing: We use Stripe to securely process payments. They only receive the information necessary to complete transactions.

- Essential service providers: Cloud hosting providers who store data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
All third parties who process data on our behalf are bound by data protection agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

We accept NO LIABILITY for inability to access the Website or customer portal, or any losses arising from website unavailability.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property related to our Service and Website remain the exclusive property of Unlimited Washing Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
17. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Changes to Terms will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to any renewals or new subscriptions.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. Dispute resolution
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@unlimitedwashing.co.uk to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 30 days.

21. Acceptance of terms
By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
- You understand your 12-month commitment and payment obligations
- You understand that monthly plans require payment for all 12 months regardless of cancellation
- You understand how the additional vehicle discount works
- You understand the service is exterior washing only
- You understand the liability waivers and damage reporting requirements
- You understand the WEATHER-DEPENDENT nature of the service and that closures due to adverse weather conditions do not entitle you to refunds or compensation
- You understand that there is no 14-day cooling-off period as this is not a remote service
- You understand that website and service availability are not guaranteed
- You understand our data protection practices and that we do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
